There is no “having to maintain two accounts” or switch back and forth, since I ONLY use the Covet account for adding friends. I use my personal account at all other times (including here and on my FH Messenger chat). ![]() I only log in to the Covet account once a month to accept new friend requests. That’s it! I had no idea it was so easy had I known that I would have done it a long time ago. That’s hardly a concern, though, given how fast and easy it is to accumulate new friends on the Covet account via the “people you may know” feature. (Note: If you had any friends on your personal account, they won’t show up on your borrow list anymore. Now you can open up FB on your Covet account and add a ton of friends, or just log back in to your main one! Any new friends you add on the Covet account will now show up as being available to borrow from. Don’t worry about losing anything everything game-wise will remain the same. ![]() With the FB account that had been linked deactivated, you now have the opportunity to link the new one instead. I set mine for 24 hours (the shortest option you can select), but logged right back in as soon as I was done with everything. Log back in to your personal account on FB, and temporarily deactivate the account through Settings. (I would recommend not using the actual word “Covet” in the name due to FB banning some of these accounts lately.) I wanted to post this here because Covet was of NO help (they provide instructions for linking the account in the first place, but not for switching over to a different one), and I searched high and low on other forums before I finally found the answer.Ĭreate the new Covet-specific account from the accounts area in your Facebook settings. For anyone looking to unlink your personal Facebook account from Covet and link a newly created Covet-specific FB account, these are the steps I followed.
